10-Week Winter ProgramDecember-February
RBA South is entering its 10th year of helping produce some of the best baseball players in the area.   This comprehensive program is designed to teach the student the fundamentals in all major areas of the game.
If you are looking for a "spring training" to prepare you for your upcoming season, then this is the program for you.   Instruction, drill work, and live situation will be the focus of this program. .
This program ends in mid-February, right before most high school, little league, and club tryouts.
Classes will be limited to ensure a 4:1 player to coach ratio. We believe that we have assembled the best coaches in the area for our winter program. Our coaches have all played high school and college baseball, and have over 25 years of professional playing experience.   More about our coaching staff....

Pitchers will progressively work towards developing multiple pitches, working from the wind-up and stretch, holding runners on & pick offs. Radar gun and video tape will be used periodically to monitor velocity and proper pitching mechanics.
- Fielding
Developing the ability to use footwork to improve their arm strength, field routine plays, charge plays, backhands, forehands, force outs, tag plays, and double plays. Fielders will progressively work towards fielding balls off the bat to stimulate game situations.
- Catching
